Note I: Binary distributions for Mac OS X and Linux have reduced functionality; all optional libraries and dependencies are removed. To run CGNS meshes and parallel computations, you must download the source code and compile with the appropriate optional dependencies described fully in the Installation page.
Note II: The Windows installer contains options for building with MPICH and CGNS support.
Note III: SU2 has been validated using the following C++ compilers: gcc 4.2.1, gcc 4.1.2, and icc 12.0.2. If you identify any problem using another C++ compiler, please let us know as soon as possible.

For active members of the SU2 development team, the most current version of the software package is available on the Aerospace Design Laboratory's Subversion software repository. Contact the ADL server administrators if you would like to request access to the repository.
The following is a list of some third-party software packages that extend the capability of SU2. Each is freely available and is linked to the corresponding download site. Much more information on these packages can be found on the Installation page.
Version 1.1 is an interim release of the SU2 suite (released June 24th, 2012).
